First Grade Scoop

We tested on Unit 8 in Math on Friday. We will start Unit 9 on Monday. In Unit 9 we will be working on fractions, number grid puzzles, and adding and subtracting.
I did send the spelling list again for next week in your child's folder. It is the same list that I accidentally sent last Friday. If your child sent the homework back last week, they do not need to do it again. Next week's words are harder words. Make sure you take time to study them at home.
Mr. Mike from Bonanza was here on Tuesday and gave a presentation on parasites. Ask your child about it. They seemed to really enjoy it.
We celebrated Braiden's birthday this week. Happy birthday to Braiden on March 29th.
