Do you have a new address ? – If so, we will need the new address for future correspondence.
Has your telephone or cell phone number changed? – If you want to be notified of school closings and late starts through School Reach these numbers need to be updated.
Does the school have your e-mail address? – Providing an email address may improve communication.
The State of Minnesota has new requirements for reporting race. You may now select multiple races. If this applies to your family, we will need to know this information.
