Title IX
As required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and other state and federal nondiscrimination laws, Ortonville Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs, activities, or employment. The school district is committed to maintaining an education and work environment that is free from discrimination based on sex, including sexual harassment. Ortonville Public Schools does not tolerate sex based harassment and will take prompt and reasonable action in response to instances of sex based harassment. Any employee, student, parent, or guardian having questions regarding the application of Title IX or the District’s Title IX Sex based Harassment Grievance Process should discuss them with the Title IX Coordinator, Superintendent, Mr. Kris Evje. |
